Directors, Phil and Dan, founded the company on a wealth of industry knowledge, practical ingenuity, a passion for the work they do, and a mutual desire to improve the lives of the clients they work with.

Dan is a perfectionist, who loves his job, and applies his keen eye and technical know-how to every job. He also thrives on team management/planning, and it’s in client services where he truly shines. Client experience is a primary focus for Dan, and he leads by example, promoting honesty, integrity, and clear communication between his team and clients, alike. This approach ensures clients are comfortable and well-informed before, during and after completion of work.

Phil is an eternal optimist, who is in his element when tackling a challenging job. He is an out of the box thinker, who seamlessly balances innovation with practicality. Phil loves working with clients throughout a job, and is relentless in his effort to meet and exceed all expectations. Although his passions are in audio visual, security and telecommunications, he is also devoted to promoting the health and wellbeing of his colleagues. After all, a happy team is a productive team.

Tom is the youngest of the team, but his work ethic is through the roof. Always ready for his next challenge, he applies his knowledge and instinct to every job. Working on projects of all shapes and sizes is something that Tom particularly relishes. His switched-on, but easy-going nature makes him approachable to clients, and an asset to the team.
