A Rosanna homeowner asked us to modernise an ageing security setup that was unreliable and hard to view remotely. We replaced the legacy cameras and recorder with a new Dahua NVR and Dahua cameras, then configured the system end-to-end.

What we did

  • Removed older cameras and installed new Dahua IP cameras for front, side and rear coverage

  • Supplied and commissioned a Dahua NVR, set recording schedules and retention

  • Set up remote viewing (mobile & desktop), user accounts and permissions

  • Tuned motion detection and notification zones to reduce false alerts

  • Performed a Bosch alarm health check (basic test and user codes tidy-up)

  • Resolved home Wi-Fi issues affecting live view by optimising channels and ensuring the NVR has a reliable network path
