We recently completed a full CCTV, data and smart doorbell installation at a modern residential property in Pascoe Vale, delivering a discreet, reliable, and future-ready security solution.
The home required carefully planned cable routes and precise camera positioning to maintain the clean architectural finish. Our team worked closely with the client on site to confirm camera locations and ensure optimal coverage without visual clutter.
Smart CCTV Installation
We installed four Ubiquiti UniFi G5 Turret Ultra cameras, positioned to cover key areas of the property including the front of the home, garage access points, backyard, and front entry. All cameras were hard-wired using Cat6 data cabling, concealed through ceiling spaces and existing penetrations for a seamless result.
All cabling was neatly terminated back to a central communications area, making the system easy to manage, maintain, and expand in the future.
Ubiquiti Smart Doorbell & Chime
As part of the upgrade, we supplied and installed a Ubiquiti smart doorbell and chime, integrated into the home’s data network. The chime was mounted discreetly inside the home, and all cabling was professionally terminated to wall plates for a clean, accessible finish.
Existing intercom cabling was reconfigured and prepared for future use, allowing the homeowner flexibility to add additional features later without needing further cabling work.
Additional Data Cabling for Network Expansion
To support strong connectivity throughout the home, we installed new Cat6 data points to the upstairs bedrooms, complete with wall plates and a central patch point. This ensures reliable internet performance for work-from-home setups, streaming, and future smart home devices.
Tested, Certified & Commissioned
