During our visit, we were also asked to investigate outdoor patio lights that had stopped operating.
Following inspection, we confirmed that the fittings required replacement G9 lamps and provided advice to the homeowner regarding the correct globe type and safe replacement procedures.
By accurately identifying the fault, the client was able to avoid unnecessary replacement of fittings and restore operation with a simple globe change.
Secure TV Wall Mount Installation
Another task completed during the visit involved reinstating a wall-mounted television in the main bedroom.

Reinstalled the TV wall bracket
Confirmed secure fixing into the wall structure
Rehung the television
Checked alignment and levelling
Tested stability and mounting integrity
